Digital Delivery & No Shipping Policy

Please read this policy carefully before completing a purchase.


1. Digital Products Only — No Physical Shipping

Faye & Lou’s sells digital products and/or digital services only.

We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods.
No items will be mailed to a physical address.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-tangible, digital product or service delivered electronically.


2. Digital Delivery Method

Digital products and services are delivered via one or more of the following methods:

  • Instant download

  • Email delivery

  • Customer account access

  • Third-party platform access

Delivery details are provided at checkout or sent to the email address entered during purchase.


3. Successful Delivery & Access Confirmation

Once digital access is granted or delivery is made available, the order is considered fully delivered and fulfilled.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Providing a valid and accessible email address

  • Ensuring access to the delivery method

  • Maintaining compatible devices, software, and internet access

Failure to access or use a digital product due to customer error does not constitute non-delivery.


4. ALL SALES FINAL — NO RETURNS — NO REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of digital products and services:

  • No returns

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

  • No cancellations

This policy applies without exception, including but not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Accidental or duplicate purchases

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Failure to access or use the product

  • Claims made after access or delivery

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to this policy and waive any right to a refund or reversal.


5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered digital product violates this policy.

We maintain transaction records, access logs, IP data, and delivery confirmations to verify fulfillment and contest fraudulent disputes.

Abusive chargeback activity may result in permanent denial of access to our products and services.


6. No Guarantees or Outcomes

Digital products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding results, performance, or outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.


7. Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase from Faye & Lou’s, you confirm that you:

  • Understand no physical shipping occurs

  • Acknowledge delivery is electronic and irreversible

  • Agree that all sales are final with no refunds under any circumstances
