Faye & Lou’s offers digital products and/or digital services only.
We do not sell or ship physical goods.

All products are delivered electronically via download, email, account access, or third-party platforms. No physical delivery will occur.

2. All Sales Final — No Refunds — No Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products and services:

No refunds
No returns
No exchanges
No cancellations

This policy applies without exception, including but not limited to:

Buyer’s remorse
Accidental purchases
Failure to read product descriptions
Failure to access or use the product
Claims of dissatisfaction after delivery or access

By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right to a refund, reversal, or chargeback.

3. Delivery and Access Confirmation

Once digital access is granted or delivery is completed, the product is considered fully delivered and fulfilled.

You are responsible for:

Providing a valid email address
Ensuring access to the delivery method
Maintaining compatible devices and software

Failure to access a product due to user error does not constitute non-delivery.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered digital product constitutes a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to submit transaction records, access logs, IP data, and delivery confirmation to contest chargebacks and prevent fraud.

5. No Guarantees or Outcomes

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or performance unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our Service for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activity, or to violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faye & Lou’s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or digital products.
